Andrea, Patient Coordinator
Andrea has worked as patient coordinator since 2009, but was a patient of Dr. Coleman’s long before that. She loves making sure each patient has the best dental experience and helping patients overcome any dental anxiety and truly build relationships. Andrea says the best part of working for Dr. Coleman is “his compassion and integrity”. When she’s not working, you can find Andrea relaxing with her husband, Eric, and two children, Wesley and Emilee, preferably at the beach. She loves traveling, decorating, coffee and wine, and some retail therapy.
Shannon, Office Coordinator
Shannon has worked as the office coordinator since 2005 and before that worked as Dr. Coleman’s assistant for 4 years. Her favorite part of the job is building relationships with each one of our patients in hopes that they feel we truly care for them. Shannon says the best part of working for Dr. Coleman is “his sincere care and compassion for his staff and patients and his faith.” When she’s not in the office you can find Shannon relaxing with her husband Drew, and her two boys Brice and Mason. Shannon grew up in Mooresville and now lives in Mt. Ulla on the family farm.
Megan, Dental Hygienist
Megan has been working for Dr. Coleman since 2014, but has been a registered dental hygienist since 2006. She is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. Megan says the best thing about working for Dr. Coleman is “all of my coworkers. They’re all great people who truly care about what they do.” She and her husband Randy were happily married in June of 2016. She moved to NC from western New York in search of better weather and more opportunities. When she is not in the office you can find her at the gym, spending time with friends, or at the motocross track with her husband.
Kellie, Dental Hygienist
Hi! I’m Kellie. I have worked with Dr. Coleman since 2015, but I have been around dentistry my whole life. My dad was an orthodontist for 35 years so I immersed myself in the environment by started working for him when I was a teenager. I loved being at the dentist office, it always felt like a second home. I graduated from dental hygiene school in 2004 enjoy helping people with their dental health, especially with their smiles! I enjoy working here because of the people I work with and the patients I serve. When I’m not at the office, my husband and I love to do DIY projects on our home to make it more beautiful. My husband and I have been together for 23 years and our best work has been our three amazing teen daughters who keep us busy in the best ways. We love to hangout as a family, including our two dogs and chickens by doing outdoor activities!
Meagan, Dental Assistant
Meagan has been a dental assistant since 2011. She previously worked for Dr. Coleman for over five ears and have just recently returned. We are so happy to have her back! Meagan contributes outstanding patient care and loves to form deep connections with her patients. Her favorite thing about the practice is that she feels like everyone here is her family. Meagan enjoys going to the lake, playing with her dogs Lilly and Maggie, and binge-watching Netflix shows.
Tiffany, Dental Assistant
Tiffany joined Dr. Coleman’s practice in 2018 but has been a dental assistant since 2011. Tiffany’s favorite thing about working here is she truly appreciates Dr. Coleman’s attention to detail. Tiffany takes pride in the quality of care that is given to patients. Tiffany and her husband Kevin love to travel the world. She loves spending her spare time with her family, especially her precious nieces!
Monique, Patient and Treatment Coordinator
Monique, or “Mo” as she likes to be called, is originally from Brazil. She is the first smiling face you’ll meet when you come to our practice. You will immediately notice how she can make you feel comfortable and at ease. She will help accommodate your schedule and any concerns you may have.
“I love meeting all of our patients and helping them smile during their visits. We have the greatest patients and interacting with them enriches my day!”
Outside work, you may find her at local restaurants and, as often as possible, at the beach. She has a beautiful, energetic daughter who she loves to spend time with. She speaks Portuguese and Spanish. We feel lucky to have Mo on our team!
Hannah, Dental Assistant
Hannah is originally from Wilmington, NC and currently resides in Catawba. She joined our practice as a dental assistant in October of 2019. She enjoys developing relationships and being part of the reason behind a patient’s smile. Outside of work, Hannah and her significant other raise Nigerian Dwarf goats on their farm. She also enjoys spending time with her family, mountain biking and boating on Lake Norman.
Heather, Dental Assistant
Heather has been a part of the team for three years as a dental assistant. Her favorite part of the practice is that it’s a mix of professional and fun. She is a great team player and loves to bring the fun to the work place. She is proud to be a part of our team! Heather and her husband have been married for seven years after being high school sweethearts. They love to take their two boys fishing and their favorite place to visit is Topsail Island!
Tracy, Patient Coordinator
Tracy has worked as a patient coordinator since 2020 but was a patient of Dr. Colemans long before that. Her favorite part of the job is interacting and building relationships with each one of our patients. Her priority is to ensure that all of our patients receive quality service and have a welcoming experience. Tracy says the best part of working for the practice is “being a part of team where the dedication and passion for our patients is shared by all”. When Tracy is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves traveling, photography, hiking, gardening and pretty much anything that involves the great outdoors.
Grace, Dental Hygienist
Grace has been a registered dental hygienist for 3 years but has been in dentistry for a total of 8 years. Grace is originally from 1,000 islands region in Northern New York and currently resides in Mooresville, NC. Grace is very passionate about dental hygiene and helping patents
understand and improve their oral health. When not in the office, Grace loves to work on creative projects and enjoys anything outdoors including being on the water and also on the snowmobile when she is back in NY during the winter! Grace can be found spending a lot of time with her big family along with her boyfriend Sean.
